Infrared Sauna Therapy

A place to heal. A place to reflect. A place to invest in you. We know life gets intense sometimes. Stress, lack of sleep and/or exercise, pain that just won’t go away – we’ve been there. That’s why we also know that in a world of always moving, it’s important to just be.

With the addition of Sauna Wellness therapy, we now have one more tool to help you to better balance your body, mind, and life. While many saunas feature infrared therapy with just one wavelength; our sauna uses patented Solocarbon 3-in-1 smart technology to deliver the healing benefits of all three wavelengths – near, mid and far – to help you achieve your optimal health results. It’s a proven, effective tool for natural healing and prevention.

Infrared Sauna Wellness Benefits

Our sessions are designed to emit the optimal blend of infrared wavelengths (based on more than 50 clinical studies). Each has a specific intention to help you achieve exactly what you need.

The deep relaxation from infrared saunas stems from a decrease in cortisol, your body’s primary stress hormone while increasing your serotonin levels. It also relaxes your muscles and releases tension throughout your body to promote better sleep.

Sweating is the body’s safe and natural way to heal and stay healthy. Infrared heats the body directly, causing a rise in core temperature and resulting in a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level where toxins reside.

Pain Relief
Infrared sauna heat penetrates tissues, joints and muscles to relieve anything from minor aches to chronic pain conditions. Blended infrared wavelengths help decrease pain and muscle spasms, speed up recovery time, reduce inflammation and swelling, and promote cellular repair.

Weight Loss
Promote weight loss by detoxifying the body and burning calories (upward of 600), while you relax in total comfort. As your body works to cool itself, you’ll experience an increase in heart rate, cardiac output, and metabolic rate, helping your body to burn more calories.

Should You Use the Infrared Sauna?

Infrared Sauna Therapy is an outstanding treatment of modality and relaxation therapy for many people. There are, however, some people who should not use a infrared sauna at all and others who should use it with caution.

It is not recommended that you use the Infrared Sauna if you:

  • Are pregnant
  • Suffer from a fever, infection, or injury
  • Have high blood pressure
  • Previously had a heart attack or other cardiovascular problems
  • Have a history of dizziness, fainting spells, heat sensitivity, narcolepsy, or seizures
  • Suffer from bleeding disorders

We suggest that you consult your primary health care physician for authorization.

Please take caution when you use the Infrared Sauna if you:

  • Are diagnosed with a medical condition
  • Are on medications
  • Are using drugs or alcohol
  • Elderly

Important Rules to Note

  • No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the infrared sauna unless accompanied by a supervising adult.
  • Discontinue the use of the sauna if you feel light-headed, dizzy, or heat exhaustion.
  • It is always important to maintain proper hydration levels during infrared therapy. Dehydration will actually increase carbohydrate utilization and cause less fat to be burned for energy. We highly recommend drinking a minimum of 4oz. of water prior to entering the sauna and a minimum of 8oz. of water after sauna use. Water bottles are not permitted in the sauna.

Please consult your physician if you are in doubt of your ability to use the Infrared Sauna.

I felt extremely relaxed from the moment I walked in. They were so helpful and informative.
